These

computation of the amount of child support the court will
usually require you to pay, at least temporarily at your
first hearing, is now available. Although the Dissomaster®
or Support Tax computerized program's computations are not
binding on the court at the time of trial you can count on
their computations as being in the neighborhood of what the
non-custodial parent will have to pay.
The
Dissomaster® will also tell you the approximate amount you
will receive or have to pay for spousal support.
These
computerized programs were designed to standardize the amounts
a party has to pay who is not the custodial parent in
California. Both computerized programs are approved by the
California Judicial Counsel and are accepted by Judges in
California.
Mr.

price you will be able to speak to directly to Mr. Radoff who
will answer your simple questions. For a more detailed
explanation or divorce questions Mr. Radoff charges a maximum
of $99. Mr. Radoff's office accepts checks, money orders
credit or bankcards.
The
accuracy of your print out will depend on the accuracy of the
information you provide.
